Platform & Capabilities
Crescendo Hub is 12th Tech’s cloud-based collateral verification and portfolio management platform. It brings audit activity, dealer self-verification, reconciliation, asset onboarding, workflow management, reporting, risk information, and multiple verification strategies into one connected environment. The platform is configurable to support different portfolios, asset types, workflows, users, and operating models without forcing every client into the same process.
12th Tech supports a flexible range of verification strategies, including:
- Traditional physical audits
- uVerify® Dealer Self-Verification
- uReconcile® Dealer Self-Reconciliation
- uFloorit® Asset Onboarding
- Sold Asset Verification
- Electronic and telematics-based verification
These methods can be used independently or combined within a hybrid verification strategy based on dealer risk, portfolio requirements, cost, and operational needs
Yes. Crescendo is designed to support collateral verification across a wide variety of wholesale finance portfolios, including automotive, agriculture, construction equipment, RV, marine, powersports, manufactured housing, and other inventory-backed lending programs.
Workflows, fields, result codes, audit requirements, and verification processes can be configured around the needs of different asset classes.
Risk, Visibility & Portfolio Management
Crescendo gives lenders greater visibility into verification activity, exceptions, dealer performance, asset status, and portfolio trends.
Clients can use configurable workflows, alerts, reporting, scoring models, audit history, and verification results to identify areas requiring attention and make more informed risk decisions.
The goal is not simply to complete an audit—it is to turn verification activity into actionable portfolio intelligence.
Yes. Crescendo can support configurable scoring models, business rules, pass/fail criteria, and client-defined risk information.
Clients can also incorporate existing risk scores or other portfolio data into the platform, allowing verification strategies and workflows to better reflect how their organization already evaluates risk.Crescendo is designed to give authorized users visibility as activity occurs throughout the verification process.
Depending on the workflow and integration method, information can be updated through the platform, API, webhooks, or scheduled data exchanges. This enables managers to track progress, review findings, identify exceptions, and take action without waiting for traditional end-of-cycle reporting.
Dealer Self-Service & Operational Efficiency
uVerify is 12th Tech’s dealer self-verification solution.
Instead of requiring a physical auditor for every verification, eligible dealers can securely verify inventory through a guided mobile or web experience using authenticated photos and supporting information.Lenders maintain oversight of the process and can review submitted results, accept or decline information, and determine when further verification is necessary.
uVerify can significantly reduce the cost and operational burden associated with traditional physical verification while improving speed and dealer convenience.
The process is designed to keep the lender in control.
Dealer outreach and follow-up can be incorporated into the workflow, and incomplete self-verifications can ultimately be escalated or converted to a physical audit when required.
This allows lenders to gain the efficiency of dealer self-service without giving up the ability to perform independent physical verification.
uReconcile is 12th Tech’s dealer self-reconciliation solution.
After an audit identifies units requiring additional information or resolution, dealers can work through those items electronically, provide supporting documentation or explanations, and track their progress.
Lender teams can review the information, accept or decline individual responses, and resolve exceptions directly within the workflow.
The result is a faster, more organized reconciliation process with significantly less back-and-forth communication.
uFloorit is 12th Tech’s asset onboarding solution.
It allows dealers or other authorized users to submit newly acquired inventory for review before or during the flooring process. Asset information, photos, identification data, and configurable underwriting information can be captured through a guided workflow.
Finance teams can then review the submission and determine whether the asset should be accepted or declined for funding.
uFloorit extends collateral verification upstream—helping organizations gain visibility before an asset enters the financed portfolio.
Physical Audits & Auditor Technology
12th Tech is a technology company, not an auditing services company.
For clients requiring physical audits in the United States, 12th Tech works with Collateral Specialists Inc. (CSI), combining Crescendo technology with CSI’s professional, employee-based field auditing organization.
Clients can therefore use the same technology ecosystem across dealer self-service, physical verification, reconciliation, and other collateral workflows while maintaining a consistent source of data and results.
